David B.

Strubinger III

David Beaverson Strubinger III, 50, of Madison Heights, passed away Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, at his home surrounded by family and friends.

David was born Jan. 20, 1960, in Miami, Fla., a son of the late Orrie Rosado and David B. Strubinger Jr. He was a small business owner in Madison Heights.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Eric Keith Strubinger.

David is survived by two aunts, five cousins, beloved friends and his canine companion, Dixie.

David was a very private person who valued his friends and family above all else. He loved animals and the outdoors, especially fishing and hiking.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Flowers for the family may be sent to Whitten Monelison Chapel, or memorial contributions may be made in his honor to Hospice of the Hills, 3300 Rivermont Ave., Lynchburg, VA 24503.
