Trisha was a very special lady that helped each and every person without a second thought and would always have a sweet smile on her face no matter how her day was going. She will be deeply missed by everyone and our prayers go out to her special family that she thought the world of. I thank God for sharing her special kindness with us and allowing me to have worked with her each day here at Harris. May God bless each of her family and help them in their time of need.

mom, i still cant even believe youre not here. i used to never let myself believe that you would someday be gone. you fought all the way until the last second of your life & im thankful to call you my mom. i dont believe that you lost your battle, because look where you are now. completely healthy, safe, & pain free. im going to miss you like crazy, but i would never want to take away the happiness that you have now. you better have one heck of a time in heaven, you loser ;) love you momma. ill see you soon !

Steve and family, I was so saddened to hear about your loss. I read the tributes already left by those who knew Trisha and I feel I really missed out by not knowing her. You are all in my prayers that God will give you the comfort you need and will sustain you during this difficult time. What a blessing to know that "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord"!! Here is a quote we found shortly after Mom passed away that really means a lot to me and I hope it will bring some comfort to you now.
"Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy."
God Bless You All!

Trish was one of the first people to help me at Harris. In spite of all her challenges, she took the time to provide what was needed. I will miss her great spirit. May God provide her family comfort and strength

My dear, funny friend - I have never met anyone with a wit so quick. You had me laughing in the beginning and crying at the end. Your love for your family and friends was always evident and I will miss you dear friend. I'll see you in eternity and laugh with you again. I'm praying God will provide comfort for your family now as only our Heavenly Father can do.

With a heavy heart, I say goodbye to my dear friend, Trisha. I am truly blessed to have counted her as not only my friend, but a member of my 'family.' I pray that you all find peace in knowing that she loved you all with her entire being. Her family was her world, and she lit up with the mention of each one of you. Thank you, God, for allowing me to experience the joy that was Trisha Cooke.
Praying for God's comfort to you all.

I am so sorry for your loss...I still remember how thrilled I was when your family with 7 GIRLS moved into my neighborhood such a long time ago...I remember the pool your parents put up in the summer and the fun we had running up and down the block playing.
God's comfort on you all.
Sincerely,

It's hard to express the sadness I feel. The last time I saw Trish was at our 'joint cancer free party'. It was so shocking to know that it had returned to her and then took her from our lives. She fought her battle very hard and is rewarded in heaven now. My thoughts and prayers are with all of her family. She will be remembered by me and all of her Oklahoma girlfriends forever.

Trisha was always an inspiration and she will be dearly missed. Our comfort now must come from the knowledge that she rests in the arms of the Lord and is no longer suffering. May you, her family also find peace and comfort in that knowledge.

Trisha will be missed by some many...anyone who had the honor of knowing her could not help but be drawn to her sense of humor, faithfullness, and heart. She was a dear friend to so many people and our hearts are heavy today. But I know that she is already looking down on all of us and saying don't cry for me but remember all of the happy joyous times we were able to share and cherish each memory! You are all in my thoughts and prayers today and for many days to come.

I never had the opportunity to meet Trish in person, but spoke to her many times. She was always supportive and would go out of her way to help those of us who worked outside of Lynchburg. I am saddened by her passing and know she will be missed. I sincerely appreciate everthing she did to help me when I first came to the company.

I am so sadden to hear of Trish's passing and I can't begin to express my deep sympathy. She was the most awesome of friends and she loved her family so deeply - with all her heart. I will always cherish her quick wit, beautiful smile, ornery streak and loving heart. Trish has so many wonderful attributes, those of us fortunate enough to have experienced her touch are so much the better for it. Trish will be sadly missed but I know she is already making everyone laugh in heaven. Her memories will forever be in our hearts. May the love of friends and family help through this time.

I am so very sorry to hear that Trisha has passed away. She was a dear friend who worked with me several years ago at GLAD Manufacturing. We started at the same time and even though we went our separate ways, she always kept in touch with me. My heart goes out to the family and I know that God will help you through this sad time. I was blessed to know her.
