Edward Robinson Obituary

Edward "Glenn" Robinson

Edward "Glenn" Robinson, 62, departed this life Sept. 25, 2010, at his residence. He was born Nov. 25, 1947, to the late Charles William Robinson and Doretha (Irving) Robinson.

He is survived by sisters, Betty Ann Smith, Shirley Ann Robinson and Sallie Lenora Lombre, of Arrington, and Virginia Estelle Robinson, of Washington, D.C.; two brothers, David Junior Robinson and Walter Cabell Robinson, of Arrington; and one sister-in-law, Wallace Vaughan Robinson, of Arrington.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1, 2010, at the Pine Hill Baptist Church, Arrington, with the Rev. Aaron Wade officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. His remains will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service. The family is receiving friends at the family home, 1171 Thomas Nelson Highway, Arrington.
