Loving mother of Terrie Dunbar of Vienna and the late Tammy Luparello. Grandmother of Michelle, Dana, and Joshua. Sister of Francis Oppliger of Rhinelander, WI, Mae Eubanks of Charlotte, NC and Ted Mosley of Mobile AL.
Ms. Carroll was a resident of Dale City for over 30 years. All services will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Humane Society of Fairfax County, 4057 Chain Bridge Rd. Fairfax VA 22030. Arrangements by Adams Green Funeral Home of Herndon. Email condolences may be sent to adamsgreen.com.

Dear Terri, Dave, Michele, Josh and Dana,
DANGO apparently fought the "good fight", but lost the ugly battle. She was in very good hands from beginning to end. THE DUNBAR FAMILY can hold their heads high and proud for the bravery, compassion, sacrafice and due diligence that it took to get Evelyn through this entire situation. I am honored to call you "family" and know that DANGO is happy at last.
