I knew Mark when he was in his early 20's. I had not seen him in many years. I am so sorry to hear of his death. He was a very fun guy to be around. I am sure he is missed greatly by his family and his friends.

I wish to express my deepest sympathy to Mark's family. I loved hearing him sing at the American Legion. Mark lit up the room with his smile and I doubt he ever met a stranger. He will be greatly missed.

I couldnt believe it when my dad told me about this happening. I just wondered why, why my dads best friend, why my god father, why someone who I've know my whole life, why so young? Those are questions God only knows the answer to, even though we don't understand why, he had his reasons for calling an angel to come back home. I have so many memories of Mark since I was young, he was my God father, and like an uncle too. It breaks my heart that he is no longer with us, but I know he is in a better place, a place where we all want to be one day. Everytime you hear an Alan Jackson song, smile.. because he's up there singing it too, smiling back at you. :)

My, how my heart hurts to know that I won't be able to enjoy those handsome blue eyes, that devilish grin and that oh so charming personality, until we both meet again. Mark, you always had a way to make us smile, not take things so seriously and to just enjoy the moment. My yearly get-togethers, will never be the same! Like so many others, I will miss you terribly and think of you often. With all my love...

Although you are not here physically, you will always be here in spirit and I know that one day we will love and laugh again. I hope you all are having a ball up there in Heaven; my Dad Buddy, Uncle Frank, Uncle Buster, Aunt Joyce, Uncle Joe and our lovely Grandmother. "That's Right" ... (in my Alan Jackson voice ;)
