Thelma Blevins Obituary
Blevins Thelma Lorraine Blevins a resident of Woodbridge Va. since 1961 passed from this life to be with her Lord and Savior on Sept 4th 2010 at the age of 84.
Born Sept 3rd 1926, in Baltimore Md. She endured and overcame many hardships while enriching the lives of all who came to know her. A devoted wife and loving mother who enjoyed times spent with her extended family . She gave so much, but ask so little. She made us laugh, think, feel & live our lives to fullest. We rejoice in our time with you, and pray others will know a love like yours. We will cry and we will pray because God took you away.
Preceded in death by her husband Robert J. Blevins, and two sons, Gary L. and Robert A. Blevins.
Thelma is survived by son Don Blevins and wife Pat of Virginia, daughter's Nancy McKendree and husband Bill of Nokesville VA., Joan Conley and husband Donald of Houston Texas and step daughter Louise Presnell and husband Floyd of Rhodhiss NC., 11 grand children and 3 great grand children.
Burial will be at the Baptist Chapel Cemetery in Helton N.C.
With her passing Heaven will know the Joy we felt during her time with us on Earth.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Blevins family during this passing. I remember growing up in Belmont with your family and your Mother was always an especially nice "Mom" to have watching everyone.
