Attended U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (Kings Point) and graduated from Manhattan College. Long-time employee of Sperry Gyroscope and its successors. Resident of Garden City and parishioner of St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Garden City for 57 years; member of the Ushers Society.
