Moved to tears at opening notes whether in Vegas or at home or in the factory. Moved again upon his death. I am blessed to have known this man and his family. My career was never the same after my introduction to Dick.

So sorry to hear the sad news. I will miss not being able to call him up and have one of our lengthy phone conversations. Speaking as a professional musician, his knowledge of the orchestral repertoire always amazed me. His love of music was infectious. What a great example he was of someone who, throughout his life, pursued excellence in his art . He was a wonderful person, I feel very fortunate to have known him. My condolences to Vasken and the Shahinian family.

As an owner of Mr. Shahinian's speakers I had on a couple of occasions had the opportunity to speak with him on the phone. He was always patient and gracious and showed an obvious love and pride in what he did. My condolences to Mr. Shahinian's family.
