Harry Rake Obituary
Wilson
Harry Oliver "Tony" Rake, III, 67, died Friday at Wilson Medical Center. He was a former bus driver with Capital Area Transit. An avid NCSU Fan, he enjoyed an afternoon cup of coffee with a Krispy Kreme donut.
Surviving are his two daughters, Tina Marie Rake of Garner and Wendy Rake Lee and husband Mark of Clayton; his grandson, Gavin Thomas Rake of Garner.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday at Montlawn Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm Tuesday prior to the service.
The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation appreciation to the nursing staff at both Longleaf NMTC and Wilson Medical Center for the care and friendship given to Mr. Rake.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058-5216.
Arrangements are by Montlawn Funeral Home, 2911 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh, N.C. Condolences may be made at www.montlawn.com
