Angela Scarcello Obituary

Angela M. Scarcello, 77, of New Milford, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2010, at home. She was the wife of the late Edward Scarcello, who passed away January 6, 2010. Mrs. Scarcello was born January 17, 1933, daughter of the late Leonard and Mary Miserendino. She was a resident of New Milford since 1988, moving from Brewster, N.Y. and was a communicant of St. Francis Xavier Church, New Milford. She was a floral arranger for 10 years at Lennie's Flower Shop, New Milford. Mrs. Scarcello is survived by a son, Paul E. Scarcello of Lantana, FL.; a daughter, Annette M. Scarcello of New Fairfield; and a sister, Maria Puente of Yonkers, N.Y. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 22, 2010 at 11 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Church, New Milford. Burial will follow at St. Lawrence O'Toole Cemetery, Brewster, N.Y. Friends may call on Thursday, October 21, from 2 to 4 P.M. and from 7 to 9 P.M. at the Lillis Funeral Home, 58 Bridge Street, New Milford, CT. Contributions in her memory may be made to Regional Hospice of Western Connecticut, 405 Main Street, Danbury, CT. 06810.
