Dear Aunt Muriel,
Aunt Muriel, as your Godson, you are remembered for your generosity over the years, your indomitable spirit, zest for life, and your example of friendship.
????? f???? “Circle of Friends” of which my Mom, Kay Steger Newman, and you, Aunt Muriel, were a part, was such an example of an improbable community of loving persons.
Your death Aunt Muriel prompts me to celebrate this extraordinary group of human beings, ????? f???? “Circle of Friends,” for their lifelong commitment of friendship, good humor, support and love to each other.
Aunt Muriel you were very much a part of my extended family. You were close to my heart, remembered and loved by me.
Your passing saddens me as the sun sets and you and your ????? f???? “Circle of Friends” become of the Ages now.
I thank you for who you were and for your love shared.
Love,
Joe Newman
