Gen. Hal Moore joins me in expressing our deep sadness at learning of the passing of so fine an officer and brother-in-arms as Col. Parrish. On this, the 45th anniversary of the Ia drang battles, we remember Mickey and all who fell in battle there and who have fallen since then. GarryOwen!

To my beloved Parrish family. You were my 2nd home when we were in high school. What a warm, loving mom and dad, sister and brothers you were. And my dear friend, Sherrie. You will always be so special to me. I love you all. Cindy (Hartle) Strang
