Floyd Jester Obituary

DOVER - Floyd "Larry" Jester Jr., 57, of Dover, passed away Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011, at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was born on March 14, 1953, in Dover, to Floyd and Mary Moore Jester Sr. He graduated from Dover High School in 1972. He worked at DAFB in maintenance. He enjoyed NASCAR and going down to the races at the Del-Mar track. He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd L. Jester Sr. He is survived by his mother, Mary H. Jester of Dover; brother and his wife, John and Nancy Jester of Felton; niece, Harley Jester of Felton; and nephew, John C. Jester of Felton. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011, at the Trader Funeral Home in Dover. Burial service will be at the convenience of the family. The family requests that memorial contributions be given to Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus Street, Dover, DE 19901. Letters of condolences may be sent to www.delmarvaobits.com or [email protected].
