Raymond Sharron Obituary

SHARRON, RAYMOND F. Raymond F. Sharron, 73, passed away peacefully June 21, 2012 in Wyoming surrounded by his children. He was born in New Haven, CT to the late Clement and Margot Sharron, and was predeceased by a sister, Jeanne. Ray served his country in the U.S. Navy and the Army National Guard before marrying Sandra Smith and raising four children. Ray was a pipefitter whose job took him around Connecticut and Wyoming. He was a race car driver, avid hunter, and loved his family's cabin in Vermont. His most recent loves were his Wyoming ranch and horses. Ray was born to be a cowboy. He leaves his loving children, Deb Sadlowski, Matthew, Kenneth, and Michele Sharron, and his son- and daughter-in-law, Mark and Anne-Marie. Ray also leaves four cherished grandchildren, Katrina, Tyler, Kyle and Julia. He is survived by his siblings Annette, Peter, Donald, and Robert Sharron and Elizabeth Mezzanotte. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. A memorial service will be held July 21, 2012 at Christ Church Quaker Farms, 470 Quaker Farms Rd. Oxford, CT. Calling hours are 10am to 12pm followed by a church service. Condolences may be sent to the family by writing [email protected].
