David was one of the most considerate, thoughtful, empathetic, and brilliant attorneys I worked with at W/R/S/A. My heart goes out to all his family. I am truly saddened. He was very special to anyone who knew him. He will be missed.

I worked as a court monitor for almost 30 years, and sat with Judge Skolnick on many cases. He was a gentleman and very kind to everyone and very fair. He was always one of my favorites. He was highly respected by the entire staff.

I have known Judge Skolnick for most of my 25 years of employment at Superior Court, the last few years as his secretary. The Judge was a wonderful person, very courteous, very caring and always had a good word for everyone. When fellow retirees get together and talk about our days at the court, Judge Skolnick was always mentioned as one of our favorites.

Andy, so sorry for your loss and my condolences to you and your family. He was a great judge, but most of all, a great man.
