George Andreasen Obituary

ANDREASEN George N. "Andy," 92, a longtime resident of Emerson, NJ, on Thursday, March 17, 2011. Andy was born in Brooklyn, NY to Peter and Signe Andreasen. Before retiring, Andy was a Bank Clerk with Bank of New York. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis M. Andreasen. Devoted father of Norman Andreasen and his wife Pamela, Barbara and Paige Andreasen. Loving grandfather of Paul and Tracy. Andy was an Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Friday Night Early Mixed League at Montvale Lanes, and was still bowling at age 91. The family will receive their friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Sunday, 1-5 PM. Memorial gifts may be made in Andy's name to Valley Hospice, The Valley Hospital, Attn. Hospice, 223 N. Van Dien Avenue, Ridgewood, NJ 07450.
