Susan M. Moore, 57, of Washington Township, passed on Wednesday, January 17, 2018. Born in Jersey City, Susan lived in West New York and Hasbrouck Heights before moving to the Township of Washington with her family 15 years ago. Susan was a loving wife, mother, daughter, aunt and devoted friend. She was a graduate of Manhattan College and Seton Hall University School of Law. Susan raised two wonderful children while practicing law and had been self-employed for many years. She was a member of the NJ State Bar Association. She is survived by her husband Eugene Hernandez, her two children: Matthew and Emily, her parents Erin and Theresa Moore of West New York, her three siblings, Barbara, Kevin, and Eileen and numerous adoring nieces and nephews. She will be remembered for her ability to see the good in all of us and for her tireless energy in support of her family and friends. Visiting hours will be on Monday 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, 10:00 am at the Church of the Presentation, 271 W. Saddle River Road, Upper Saddle River, NJ.
