Mark was so many things to so many people: he was a loving and devoted husband, father, son, son-in-law,
brother, brother-in-law,
uncle, nephew, and friend to all he met. Son of the late, Sona Polakowski; Mark is survived by his wife, Desiree Polakowski; son, Collin Polakowski; daughter, Reese Polakowski; father, Robert Polakowski; sister, Jennifer Polakowski, mother and father-in-law, Denise and Mark Checki; sister and brothers-in-law, Danielle and Luke Incognito and Mark Checki, Jr.; nieces and
nephew, Victoria, Julia, and Luke Incognito.
His charming ways and caring heart lives on
through us all,
A husband, a Daddy, a friend…so many memories dear to recall.
His big presence was unmistakable and we loved to see him smile,
For no one in the world could emulate his style.
Loved by so many,
death cannot erase,
We'll always cherish
the memories of
his warm embrace.
Selfless, ambitious, determined his life through,
Never did a man live his life …so pure and true.
