So sorry to see this news. I worked with Paul when we were both starting our careers at Tower Records in Mountain View, CA. He was an astute individual with a passion for music and life. A jazz man in the finest sense of the word who improvised on the riffs of the people surrounding him, and made them better players. Miss you dearly, Paul. Thanks for being a good friend through the years.

I remember Paul playing the drums in high school, helping a hurt cat up on the dike after school, playing base ball and basket ball, talking about his brothers, and hanging out - he was a very special friend to me and gave me the most beautiful gift I could ever have in my life- for that I thank him. I send my sorrows for his family -

Paul was a great guy and a hell of a Jazz buyer for us at Tower. He was instramental in Tower's success in all the stores he worked in. God Bless you Paul

Jan and Miles - Paul's memory will live on in our hearts forever. I can almost hear him now, boasting about something Miles did or the Giants lineup. He was a great father, a hard worker and a great person I am so sorry for your loss. And now a new life begins...

To Paul's family........my sincerest condolences on his passing. While we hadn't seen each other for years, I thought Paul was great and valued his contribution back when he worked for me at Verve in the early '90s. In more recent years, I very much enjoyed being in touch via facebook. So sorry for your loss. Dave Weyner
