Gerardo Marra Obituary
Gerardo Jerry age 58 of Woodcliff Lake (Paramus) NJ passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015. Born in Italy he was the son of Donato & Anita Marra. Beloved husband of Anna Marie (Matteo) for 36 years. Devoted father of Rebecca Celli & husband Thomas, Christina McElroy & husband Keith, Jacqueline Marra-Krutak & husband John. Loving grandfather of Jerad & Liliana McElroy. Dear brother of Carmine, Salvatore and Daniel Marra. Loved by numerous brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
A true Renaissance man, a man of many talents, which served him well as a supervisor at USPS. Through his faith as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, he was able to endure until the very end when he passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family.
Family and friends are invited to hear a Memorial Talk on Saturday, November 14, at 2pm. Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 223 Cherry Lane, Airmont, NY 10952.

Dear Anna Marie, Rebecca, Christina and Jacqueline,
Words may not suffice to express our heartfelt sorrow,
what we feel inside ourselves, for the loss of Jerry.
Tears and regrets cannot calm down our feelings of emptiness,
But Jehovah God can help us where we need, make us stand firm another time.
Suffering and pain we experience will soon be forgotten, this is our hope today.
Jerry is asleep in God's memory, with all the nice details of the beautiful character
he had and made of him the beautiful person we all know.
Waiting for us to re-join, when God will call him and we shall see, what real life can be.
