Sharon Taranto Obituary

TARANTO
Sharon L. (nee Eagen), age 74, of Bloomingdale, formerly of Hackensack, NJ passed away peacefully on Friday March 10, 2017. Prior to retiring she worked for Wasino Corp. in Wayne for many years. Sharon had a tremendous love of Dogs, she was very involved in dog training/obedience and especially dog therapy. Beloved wife of the late Victor Taranto Jr. (1965). Loving mother of Dana L. DeMarco and her husband Daniel of Bloomingdale. Cherished grandmother of Victoria DeMarco of Bloomingdale. Dearest sister of Brian Eagen and his wife Rosemary of NH, and the late Dennis Eagen and his wife Gini of Georgia. Sharon is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Prayer service will be held on Thursday March 16, at 10:00 AM at the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, NJ. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Park Cemetery, Hackensack.
