Luanne Fisher 1946 - 2015 Norwich - Luanne Fisher, 68, of Norwich, died Saturday morning at the Backus Hospital. She was born in Norwich on December 10, 1946, the daughter of the late Hector and Cecile (Cloutier) Marien. Luanne was employed for a number of years as a Counselor in the health care industry before retiring a number of years ago. On October 15, 1966, she married William C. Fisher, who died on May 20, 2003. She is survived by two sons; Scott Fisher of Franklin Lakes, NJ and Todd Fisher of Norwich; one daughter, Jill Roy of Glastonbury; two brothers, Bert Marien of Suffield and Norman Marien of Taftville; four grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral services and burial will be private. There are no calling hours. The Guillot Funeral Home, 75 South B Street, Taftville is in charge of arrangements.
