Lois Emmert Obituary
She was born Jan. 21, 1937, in Chicago, to David and Beatrice (Bohl) Sanders.
Survivors include her four children, Cheryl (Larry) Gage, Phillip (Amber) Emmert, Gary Emmert and Tracy (Dan) Wood; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and her two sisters, Jean and Pat.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thomas; and her brother, LeRoy Sanders.
The visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 20, at Colonial Funeral Home, 591 Ridgeview Drive, McHenry. Interment will be private for the family.

Dear Phil and Amber and all: Phil, your Mom is at peace. Her wish for all of you would be that you, too, would be at peace. Losing a mother to our earthly lives is irreplaceable...but having a mother near the Lord is precious. She and your whole family will continue to be in our prayers. God love you all! Tony and Doris
