Rustin Cawthon Obituary
He was born April 1, 1973, in Libertyville, to William F. and Lynn (Kiefer) Cawthon. On Jan. 7, 1994, he married Erin D. McSweeney in Woodstock.
He had been a resident of McHenry for most of his life. He was employed for the past 15 years at Aerex Pest Control in Rolling Meadows.
He was a musician, playing mostly rock & roll on his guitar. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed camping and playing cards with friends, and loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Erin; two children, Brianna and Damien; his parents, William F. and Lynn Cawthon of Holiday Hills; his mother-in-law, Ann Williams of Crystal Lake; a brother, Dustin Cawthon of Crystal Lake; and a brother-in-law, Steve Garrity of Crystal Lake.
The visitation will be from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 11, at Justen Funeral Home & Crematory, 3700 W. Charles J. Miller Road, McHenry. There will be a memorial service at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 11, at the funeral home. Inurnment will be private.
