James Wilson Obituary

CLINTON, Wis. – James "Ham" Wilson, 79, of Clinton, Wis., and formerly of Hebron, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011, in Clinton.
He was born June 22, 1931, in Hebron, to the late Harlan and Nellie (Andrews) Wilson.
He owned and operated Wilson's Dari-Elite in Hebron from 1967-87. He was a member of the Hebron Business Association and a former member of the Harvard Moose Lodge No. 1289.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. He was a member and past commander of Eugene Drill Post No. 606 American Legion in Hebron, member of the Free Masons Lodge No. 604 and former member of the Hebron-Alden-Greenwood Fire Department.
Traveling, bowling and golf were some of his pastimes.
He is survived by four daughters, Martha B. (Kent) Johnson of Walworth, Wis., Mary M. Noonan of Lake Geneva, Wis., Jacque M. (Daniel) Chisholm of Hanover, Mass., and Deborah F. Wilson of Danvers, Mass.; three sons, William F. (Cheri) Wilson of Poplar Grove, Hamlin J. (Kelly) Wilson of Piney Flats, Tenn., and James (Denise) Wilson of Stoughton, Mass.; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Frances Roth.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to the Harvard Moose Lodge No. 1289 or the Hebron Food Pantry.

My heartfelt condolences to the family, esp. those very dear and close to me during my childhood in Hebron....Hamlin, Martha, Mary, and Billy. He was very kind to me and I will treasure the time spent working at the Dari Elite. RIP Donna LeGoo
