Jack was a wonderful person and will be missed. I had the pleasure to work for Jack for few summers painting houses. He entertained us while we painted by singing along to the oldies on the radio. What a guy! Our thoughts are with the Moog family.

Jack was a co-worker at Seaquist Closures in Crystal Lake. I always enjoyed our conversations about everything. He was unforgettable. I am so sorry for your loss.

Jack will always be remembered by us for his love of his family, his extreme intelligence, his good sense of humor. He was a mentor to many young men, including our son Jeff. What a wonderful person he was.
We are with you all, Marlene, Steve, Chrissy, and Greg in our hearts.

I remember Jack when we worked together at Seaquist - he was a listener, sympathizer, commedian, friend - I thought of him often and will miss him.
