I only met Dorothy in person once, but we knew each other well through our e-mails and chats. She was a giver in every sense of the word.... of love, peace, and good wishes, with a fierce sense of humor. I will remember her forever, and my prayers go out to her family and loved ones.

I was so shocked to hear about Dorothy's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you in this time of sorrow. It has been many years since seeing all of you, but no words I know of can help in this time you all are going through. Please accept our condolences.

Words cannot express how saddened I am by the news of your loss. Dorothy and I became friends through our love of Springsteen and our friendly football rivalry...Bucs vs Bears. I'll never forget my fondest Dorothy story took place at a tailgate party in NJ. I left to go to the bathroom and when I came back I noticed she put Bears stickers all over everything in my car...my cooler, my tires, inside my glovebox. I was finding those stickers for years!!!! And everytime I found one, I always thought of her. I love ya, Do....and will miss you more than words can say.

I'm sorry we lost touch, you were a good friend Dorth, I think of you often: cruisin' with BRUUUCE, late night softball with headlights, and dodging lightning on the golf course tine after tine, rest in peace.
