ERVY GILYARD Obituary
Ervy "Lee" Gilyard age 63 of Hammond, IN passed away on December 6, 2016. He is survived by loving wife Mayvorne Gilyard, parents William and Pearl Gilyard, children Lee Gilyard, Marcus Gilyard, Damien (Jennifer) Gilyard, David Nix, Angel Gilyard, Candice Gilyard, Sherice Gilyard, seven brothers, three sisters and 15 grandchildren. Preceded in death by stepdaughter Terwanna Johnson-Toney and brother Carl Gilyard. Visitation will be held Friday, December 16, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00a.m. Funeral services at 11:00 a.m. All services at New Community Baptist Church 5461 Calumet Avenue, Hammond, IN 46320. Rev. Hayward Scott officiating. Interment Evergreen Cemetery.
