KENNETH R. LE DAY HAMMOND, IN Kenneth R. "Kenny" LeDay, age 48 of Hammond made transition to his final resting place Friday, April 23, 2010. He is survived by his daughter, Lakendra; loving mother, Betty LeDay; two sisters: Cynthia and Sheila LeDay; brother, Douglas LeDay; three aunts: Margree Lewis, Grace Lewis and Carol (Curtis) Davis; two uncles: Will (Helen) Lewis and Sydney (Ruby) Lofton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his father, Raymond LeDay; and uncle, Joe Lewis. Visitation Saturday, May 1, 2010 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. with Homegoing Services at 11:00 a.m. at First United Evangelical Lutheran Church, 6705 Hohman Ave., Hammond, IN. Interment Fern Oaks Cemetery, Griffith. Services entrusted to "The Caring Professionals" of Alpha Mortuary, 421 W. 5th Ave., Gary, IN (219) 882-8230.
