Vernie is one of my best friends during our early Jr. High Yrs and on thru High School. He and the rest of our "Oh, No" crew saw each other every morning, walked to school together, in the winter we all rushed home to change into our hockey gear and got out on Ole Lake George and played til we couldn't see the puck anymore.To all my close Buds from then who like Vernie my life and other important things kept me from seeing you when I should have just at some points just said "Whoa", need to take some time to stop and say "hey" and I love you my friend. So farewell for now my bud, I hope God has a rink and a Zamboni in Heaven waiting or us.
