I'd like to extend my deepest condolences to Mr. Crowders' family. Obviously they're hurting deeply right now at the loss of his physical presence. And he exuded an enormous presence.

Although losing all contact with Mr. Crowder since my days as a junior high school student I was still saddened to learn of his passing. He exerted such a positive influence upon me and so many others who studied at HJHS. He proved a beneficial mentor during the turbulent 60's when it was so sorely needed. Class of 1966.
