It was an honor to know Jerry and be part of his extended family. We will always remember the time we spent together at A Passover Seder, Thanksgiving dinner, Super Bowl party, honorary events and St. Johns University sports events. Jerry was always outgoing in life and was the first to give back and make life better for all those involved. He will dearly be missed.

He was a tremendous help in my becoming a State Senator. He did a lot of good for so many. May he rest in peace, and may his family know that he was loved by many.

Pop,
You spoiled us rotten. You mentored us when we should have known better. You loved us without qualification. You set the bar for compassion and generosity, and often made the impossible, possible.
You said, Life was never a dress rehearsal, so you must make each day count.
What a wonderful, ride you took us all on throughout your life.
I am blessed that you were a loving, Grandfather to my son Matthew, and as their Great, Grandfather were able to enjoy the antics of his children, Noah Hudson, and Ariel Lynn.
With deep, love and respect,
Marjorie E. Belson

There are many giants in the real estate industry but very few giants who are leaders. Jerry was rare in that he was and will always be a giant and a leader. He was one of a kind. We all miss him.

Jerry led the New York City real estate industry for more than 40 years as a builder, manager, and officer of Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York, but will be remembered most for his charitable good deeds, warmth, and larger than life personality. He will be missed
