PATRICK LEE Obituary

LEE--Patrick A., a resident of Larchmont, NY, Patrick died unexpectedly of a heart attack on Tuesday, June 8. He was 47. He was predeceased by his father John (Jack) Lee. Patrick is survived by his mother, Catherine V. Boyle Lee; his sisters, Maureen LoRe and family and Grace Ann Arnold and family; and his dear friends, Ed and Jennifer Brout and family. Patrick was a life-long theater fan and one of the most passionate theater bloggers on the World Wide Web. He saw about 250 shows a year, wrote about them and helped shape the structure of the theatrical blogosphere. He was a member of the Outer Critics Circle, served as Awards Director of the Independent Theater Bloggers Association and was a regular contributor to Theatermania, as well as Theatre Development Fund and TDF Stages. He was a GLAAD Media Award juror, and co-writer and co-founder of the Show Showdown blog. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9pm on Friday at the Robert Spearing Funeral Home, Inc., 155 Kinderkamack Road, Park Ridge, NJ. Cremation is private. Donations in memory of partick may be made to TDF at tdf.org.
