VASSILI LAMBRINOS Obituary
Artist, Actor, Director, Choreographer died May 12 at age 91. Born in Suez of Greek Parents. He lived and studied in Paris. Then Buenos Aires to direct and act in several films, and Ballet Director of Teatro Colon. Coming to the US in the 50's, he had a successful acting career in Film and TV in Los Angeles and New York. His Paintings of the Greek sea brought joy to worldwide collectors.

Vassili Lambrinoss was my dear friend, we did TV together, we laughed and changed languages every five minutes just for fun during brakes.
Often played a game of choosing a City in the world and try to remember street names, bistros, marinas, best places to dance.
Once we went shopping for a chicken in a friend's limousine.
He introduced me to famous people all over the planet by inviting me to awesome places.
He and Benito held my first born with the joy of true uncles...they were like big brothers to me....
He taught me how to see art trough his eyes... I will always carry his laughter in my heart..

His sister Lela is married to my husbands cousin and in 1977 we went to NYC and met him. A very talented man & very handsome..we were very impressed ..We kept in touch for holidays sometimes .I don't like to impose on people.. I had him on my mind several times and I had a feeling that he might have passed... may his memory be eternal. And our condolences to the family..he had a good successful life. God bless him.
