Hello, Barbara, just today we found Peter's story
online and offer you and your children our belated heartfelt condolences on the loss of Peter's companionship. Many years ago you and Peter hosted Michael and me and our children,
Amy and Nicholas, for a delicious lunch in your home on W.9th Street when we were on our way home to Wisconsin. And years before that, Peter shared Michael's photo studio on Lexington between 30th and 31st, where we lived upstairs. We have cherished memories of Peter's visits, when he delighted in holding infant Amy and putting his finger in her mouth to calm her. Many years later you and Peter provided a room for her during the summer she worked at Robert Lee Morris's studio.
Unfortunately we lost touch with you and Peter over time, but our affection always remained. With warmest sympathy to you, Nicholas, and Kate...

Oh wow, so sorry to see this. I was just reminiscing about my time at Kenner Printing and was wondering how Peter was doing and sadly I see this pop up first. I am so very sorry for your loss. May god bless you peter and your family.
I was honored to work for Peter as my first job after College. From 1992 to 1996. I learned so much as a salesman and still to this day I use much of what Peter taught me in my day to day sales. Thank you Peter, god bless.

My condolences to the Kenner family as I just found out about Mr. Kenner's passing as I was looking up info regarding company. I had the pleasure of working at Kenner Printing from 1993 - 2000. I learned a lot here and met a lot of great people. From Mr. Kenner, to sales reps, to the guys on the presses, a/p people, messengers, etc. I attached a picture of Mr. Kenner at one of our outings. Thank you for the memories of working for you and for gifting me of tickets to see the Knicks and plays on Broadway. But, more so, for the gift of your tutoring, patience, and guidance. With respect and admiration, rest in peace.

Barbara: Ginny and I were stunned to learn of Peter's death. He was a landsman, a man of conviction and a vital lover of life. In this difficult time try to focus on all he brought to your life, the lives of your children and to the community he enjoyed. Treasure his memory and live the life he would have wanted you to. You are in our thoughts. Arthur Schiff & Ginny Sibbison

Barbara, I was shocked and saddened to hear of your husband's passing. The two of you were always a couple I looked up to and respected. In the 80s I enjoyed taking care of your kids when you were in Germantown and I was a teenager. To a small town girl, the 2 of you were what I wanted to be. As I became an adult Peter was always warm and kind toward me and appreciated that long ago connection. I am very sorry for you and your family and for Peter. I recently lost my mother and can understand some of your feelings.

Peter was one of the brightest, warmest people we knew. He was a wonderful host and we have cherished memories of our visits with him and Barbie in Greenwich Village, the Hudson Valley, and the Upper East Side. He was full of energy and joie de vivre. This is a heartbreaking loss for his beloved family and also for his many friends.

At MHS I used to tell Peter that he was my "favorite Junior" when I was a Senior. I have fond memories of weekly poker games with Peter and Barbara when we were in our twenties. He was one of the loveliest most charming men I have ever known. Susan Stern Dalsimer
