I worked at NYLIC during most of Don´s time at Mother NYLIC. We saw each other frequently but he always reminded to call him Don not Mr. Ross. Charlie Ford. Retired

Worked with Don at NYLIC and the pleasure of knowing him calling him Don. We ran at the NYLIC 5th Basement track. He was a gentleman and kept the NYLIC family in his thoughts all the Time. His name and memory will live on in NYLIC history .Charlie Ford

Don was the consummate gentleman, a great leader, a decisive decision maker with insight and vision.
I joined New York Life just as he assumed the Chairmanship, and feel most fortunate to have done so.
My sympathy to Mary and Don's entire family.
