I am so sorry that I only just heard this now, through the Colgate Scene alumni paper. Noel was one of the finest, kindest, most generous gentlemen I have known. As my mom loved to say, Noel never said an unkind word about anyone. sending love and prayers to Sarah and Jim.

Noel was a shining star who brighten the room when he entered! He was such a determined and motivated gentleman who worked out daily, often challenging himself with activities he knew he could accomplish. So many residents at the Carriage Club looked up to Noel and tried to compete with his strength & his daily work out. Noel was a true Superstar. He will be greatly missed by all of us at the Carriage Club. Many prayers to Noel's wonderful family.... his son Noel & his wife and his daughter Sarah and her husband.... You are in my prayers.

To Noel's family, I had the good fortune to have Noel as a client when he was general counsel of Bloomingdale's and I was a young lawyer at Proskauer. Together we did our best to advance and protect Bloomies legal rights and much more often than not with success.

Dear Sarah, Noel and families:
Your father was a good friend to my parents. They will be sad to learn of his death. Neither is well enough to attend his funeral.
All the Bobrow's send their condolences.
