Noel was a shining star who brighten the room when he entered! He was such a determined and motivated gentleman who worked out daily, often challenging himself with activities he knew he could accomplish. To Noel's family, I had the good fortune to have Noel as a client when he was general counsel of Bloomingdale's and I was a young lawyer at Proskauer. Together we did our best to advance and protect Bloomies legal rights and much more often than not with success.
