I was so saddened to hear of Jo's passing. Jo and I were majorettes in the Big Green Band and I had the wonderful opportunity of spending time with her through our high school years. I remember her beautiful smile and vivacious personality most of all. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

I remember Jo as one of the special people of Wickett,Tx. with the unique name "JO Alice Allison" that matched her unique person. She was beautiful, smart, talented, fun and loving person to all that knew her.
My thoughts and prayers are with her family. I will look for Jo again someday at the greatest reunion of them all.(John 14:2)

Jo and Christine, you probably don't remember me, but I was in elementary school with Jo Alice. She was a great friend while I lived in Wickett, and I have thought of her often since moving from that area in 1962. Jo, my mom is Sue (Smith) Jones, and for a while she worked as a hair dresser in your beauty shop.
Please know I am praying for comfort for your family during this difficult time. May God bless you.

My thoughts and prayers to all of Jo Alice's family. Jo (Mom and Grandma) used to fix my Mom's hair in her salon in Wickett. Jo Alice was a year younger than me, Donna was in my brother's class, Christine and my husband were in the same class. Living in Wickett/ Monahans in the '60's was a good time. Lots of good memories of your family.
God Bless You All.

Charles, Jo, Christine & Doug-Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Jo Alice was the first "little kid" that I met after we moved to Wickett and we became brothers and sisters for life. She took up for me many times in school days. Jo Alice was always the Spark Plug of Life with everyone that was around her. Her smile, charm, and kindness could win over anyone. God Bless you all and comfort you.
