Sally, just learned of Carl's passing today. He and my husband were childhood friends from Spraggs. Jim McDougal was my husband's life long friend. My husband, Tom Hoy passed unexpectedly during surgery 01/20/15. I feel your pain. Karen Hoy.

Sad to think Carl is gone. He always brought smiles and laughter whenever I saw him. I will never hear a bingo being called wirhout hearing Carls voice and his rhymes. He was a character, a very special one. Thinking of you Sally.

Sally, Mike and John,
So sorry to hear of Carl's passing. We'll fondly remember "Thanks for stopping in!" at the legion. He and Charlie were quite the team driving the Locomotive for 40/8. He did a lot for the legion, so god bless and we'll remember all the good times..especially the "hat" one-upmanship that he and Charlie always had going on for Steelers games.
