Alejandro Ramirez

July 24, 2010

My name is Alejandro Ramirez, I am the son of Dr. Reinaldo Ramirez-Rosell, founder of Cuban International Airways. Capt Roy Robinson piloted the maiden flight from Havana to Madrid Spain, on Nov. 24, 1946. The aircraft was a DC-4.
Captain Roy Robinson was 27.
Today I was reading paper clips of the time, and saw the picture of this handsome young American soldier.
What a shame not being able to meet him in person!
May God bless his soul.
Rest is peace, Captain, I know my father kept you in very high regard.
