AS TIME GOES BY, IT IS SO OBVIOUS HOW MUCH OUR SOCIETY COULD USE THE LIKES OF HIM...AT LEAST HE DIDN'T HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS CURRENT BROWNS TEAM....

A sad night in the old neighborhood tonight...whenever you were up against it and in a tough spot, Frank was who you wanted to be able to call on...justly proud of his medical career, he was just as proud of his work with accountability and child support...My deepest sympathies to his Mom, Dick, Dustin, Sam, Yvonne, Debbie B. and the rest of the extended family. So damned unfair.
This one is tough...
