Geraldine Fuchs Obituary
She was a lifelong member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church where she was a bingo volunteer. Geri enjoyed family gatherings, picnics, parties, and helping other that were in need. She loved listening to gospel music.
Geri was preceded in death by her daughter, Judith (Fuchs) Thomas. She is survived by her beloved husband, Don of 57 years; son, Thomas Fuchs; daughters, Susan (Fuchs) Vigh and Kelly (Fuchs) Beatty; grandchildren, Allen Prietz, Summer and Shadoe Beatty, Jammie and Brett Thomas, Brian and Chris Vigh; and four great-grandchildren; sisters, Nancy Giorvas and Julie Walker; brothers, Russell and Ronnie Noffsinger.
A memorial gathering will be held Thursday, November 17, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. with a funeral mass to follow at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1905 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hospice Center on Ridgewood Road in Akron. To leave the family a special message online, visit www.NewcomerAkron.com.
