Lisa Brummett Obituary

A loving wife mother, sister and aunt, went home peacefully to be with the Lord on August 26, 2010 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

Lisa was born on July 15, 1961 in Georgia to Alfred E. and Peggy A. (Moye) Alexander. Preceded in death by her parents, she is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Terrill (Terry) Brummett; sons, Christopher (Chris) and William (Bill); daughter-in-law, Adrienne; sister and brothers, many nieces and a nephew.

Being a diabetic for 41 years of her life, per her wishes, her body was donated to the Cleveland Clinic for medical research in hopes that new advancements may be made in diabetic prevention and treatment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Diabetes Association. She will be missed dearly by her loved ones and all of the friends who loved her.

A private memorial service will be held in her honor at a later date.

To Terry and boys, I know that you were Lisa's life, and her family was everything. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Lisa this for you. This is my way of saying "see ya later". I know we had been friends for 21 years and when you had your stroke you stop commucating because you felt that you could not talk to me. I have thought of you all the time and always wanted to know how you were doing. Now you are at peace and no more suffering. We had that sixth sense about things in life. I know heaven is a big place, so I hope you put in a good word for me. Thank you for being my friend and I will miss talking and seeing you. Rest in Peace
