Virginia Hodges Obituary

Virginia Hodges, 86, passed away February 7, 2010 at Maison Aine Care Facility.

Born on May 31, 1923 in LenaRue, Kentucky to the late Marshall and Eva Copen, she was an area resident for most of her life.

In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her sisters, Janet and Bernice and brothers, Marshall and Ivan.

Virginia (Ginger) retired after a long career at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and then continued to pursue her love of gardening, fishing and remodeling every house she ever owned.

She is survived by her daughters, Jackie (Hodges) Ebner and Connie (Hodges) Letta; sister, Faith "Toodie" Medley; grandchildren, Shannon (John) Arvai, Chris Ebner, Shauna Letta and great-grandchildren, Danielle, John, Alex, Moriah, Beth and Andrea.

Friends and family may call Saturday, February 13, 3 to 5:30 p.m. at Adams Mason Funeral Home, 791 E. Market St., Akron, Ohio 44305.
