Dear Jim, Lisa, Jeff, and Mrs. Johnson:
I was so saddened to hear of Leah's sudden passing and am sorry I could not attend the calling hours. My heartfelt sympathies, thoughts, and prayers are extended to you in your loss. Leah was one of the most endearing people it has been my pleasure to meet in recent times. She was a welcome addition to our Red Hat group and as such, will provide many wonderful memories of our activities together. Leah will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and classic grace.

In loving friendship

Uncle Jim, Jeff, Leah and Jean,

Sabrina and I send our sincerest sympathies. Leah was a gracious hostess whenever I visited your home. Thank you Leah, from the bottom of my heart! I will not be able to attend, due to money and vacation limits, but please know that I miss Aunt Leah more and more each day. We will get through this. Leah wouldn't want us to be down for long. She is smiling down on us now. :)

Much love,
Stephen

My deepest condolence to you and your family. It was only a week ago that you and Leah spoke about being adopted by the Dague family. I have always considered you and Leah to be my family and have known you as such for all my life. I have such great memories growing up of Leah. All the great Weissert New Year's parties, summers spent swimming at the Weissert pool, and of course every 4th of July with Jeff and his firework displays. To this day I think of Leah every time I hear Ann Murray. I am so sorry for your loss and thankful to have known her. I will be praying for you, Jeff and Lisa.

Jimmy -

I really cannot express my sorrow for your loss. Just know that we are thinking of you minute by minute.

George Weissert

April 24, 2009

Jim - as a family member, I was shocked when you called me regarding the sad news. As you know, the Weissert clan is strong and members help each other in times of need. This definitely is a time for you. Call me anytime when you feel I can help you. Also as a reminder and as you know, your philosopher, Uncle Calvin, is a great person to talk to in times of need.

Your Uncle George, Teri and Dan
