Age 72. Passed away at The Nebraska Medical Center-Clarkson Hospital, Omaha. She was head bookkeeper for Zoob's Clothing many years; retiring from Douglas County Treasurer's office in Omaha. Survivors include her husband; Berle B. Decker; sisters, Corrine (David) Williams, Villisca, IA, Shirley Herzberg, Clarinda, IA, Diane (Keith) Messenger, Waterloo, IA; sister-in-law, Naomi Christensen, Council Bluffs, IA.
MEMORIAL SERVICE October 23, 2010 at 11am, Ritchie Funeral Home, 222 East Washington, Clarinda, IA. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society. Memories may be shared at www.ritchiefuneralhome.com

I hope all your pain is gone and you
are in a pain free heaven. Jan was an
inspiration to me at the Treasurer's office in coming to work every day with all she had to deal with.
