Billy Dial Obituary

Colbert, GA - Billy Dwayne Dial, 68, of Buddy Moore Road died Tuesday, June 29, 2004.
A native of Oconee County, Mr. Dial was a son of the late Grady Golden and Beulah Victoria Christopher Dial. His son, Ken Dial, preceded him in death. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a retired farmer and attended Victory Baptist Church.
Survivors include daughter, Dawn Melkowits of New Providence, NJ; step-daughter, Melissa Ballenger of Danielsville; brother, Charles Dial of Farmington; sister, Ann Scott of Bishop; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2004 in Bernstein Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Elmer Butler officiating. Interment will follow in Athens Memory Gardens Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Bernstein Funeral Home Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00.
