Robert J. "Bob" Heup

Robert Heup Obituary

Heup, Robert J. "Bob", went peacefully to be with his Heavenly Father surrounded by his wife and family on March 26, 2008 at the young age of 56. Bob is survived by his best friend and devoted wife, Linda of 36 years; daughter, Stephanie and son-in-law, Roger; granddaughter, Katelyn; father, Robert Heup, Sr.; sister, Patricia Ross and brother, Richard Heup. Bob was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer and mother, Betty. If the love you share or the lives you touch is the measure of success, then Bob truly lived a great life. Few people can carry with them such a positive attitude, give so unselfishly of their time and energy and inspire so much love and hope. Through his actions, Bob made those around him strive to be better people. Bob will be greatly missed by the many people whose hearts he touched. His enthusiasm, faith in God, and love of life will never be forgotten. Most of all, he will be remembered as a loving and devoted son, brother, husband, son-in-law, father, grandfather. Memorial services will be held Friday, April 18th at 4 p.m., at Dilday Brothers Funeral Directors in Huntington Beach. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org) or the Moonlight Cancer Foundation (www.moonlightcancerfoundation.com) in Bob's honor. www.DildayBrothers.com
