Hey Norm, I am sorry we stole all your beer at Meeks Bay for all those years... NOT! But those moments spent with you and members of your family have made the basis of my consistent lifelong perceptions. Tom Emmert

I grew up down the street from the DeMeyer family and their children. Matt and Laura were close childhood friends of mine, my brother and my sister. I can remember Mr. DeMeyer with a smile on his face. He was always so kind and funny and loved to tease us kids! It was hard not to laugh when you were around him because he had such a zest for life that even a child could notice and feel. I miss those day and living on Walter Ave. and will never forget a man and his family that enriched my childhood and gave me wonderful memories to look back on. Thank you Mr. DeMeyer for sharing and caring for people.
Mrs. DeMeyer, Matt and Laura Im truly sorry for your loss and am praying for you all to get through this difficult time. May the Lord comfort you.

I knew Norm from the old neighborhood where his son Matt, and I were good friends. I knew Norm as a man whom loved Family, Sports, a good game of Golf and a night on the town. Although life took us in different directions my memories of Norm are Integrity, Inspiration and love of Family.
My Love, prayers and thoughts go out to: Kathy, Matt, Laura & Family
